Located at a lower elevation the campground is warm during the summer and cool in the shoulder seasons. Reservations are available during peak seasons otherwise the campground is on a first come first served basis during the remaining open months (it is closed in winter). Guests enter Buckeye via a short paved road off the main highway the road drops steeply down to the campground where campers must make a near 180 turn to follow the one way road.Ĭan you stay here in a van camper or with a truck camper?
